This Mehron Copper Metallic Powder with Mixing Liquid can be used to create a subtle accent or full effect depending on your needs. The powder can be used alone for a sheer and subtle look. Adding the mixing liquid creates an intense opaque copper shade that is also water resistant.

• Powder measures 5cm and contains 17 oz and liquid contains 1oz / 30ml.

Please note: Easily removable with soap and water. Product cannot be returned once packaging has been opened. Hair colour may take longer to wash out if applied to recently coloured/bleached hair. We recommend patch testing before use.
